Description: This man is very fat, and wears many layers of old clothing at all times. His crest, while still mostly scarlet, has prominent grey streaks. His red eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He likes to be helpful to his clients. He likes to prescribe proper advice to his clients. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. Nadarr was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Nadarr decided he wanted neither the life of his father nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He has set out to sabotage the competition.
