Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. His green crest is kept up in a ponytail inside a top hat. His voice is smooth and creepy, always level, but somehow just slightly unnerving.

Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. Despite his manner, he is extremely passionate and proud of his job, and he prides himself in being thorough and never missing a detail.

History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He worked as a nervous Cook and found it very stressful. He became a Cook soon after.
