Personality: He swings through moods quickly. One moment he is cool and collected, the next he is carried away by passions. His job bores him to no end. He has decided to make it more interesting.

History: Kipper hails from a village terrorized by goblins. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kipper grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kipper. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to goblins demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Obtaining odd cultural Gnomish artifacts is his passion; and a rival would like him out of the picture
