History: His psionic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He was granted psionic powers by his dying brother.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He wears black trousers with pastel and red striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. With a patchy red beard and wild red hair. He wears large thick round spectacles.

Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He was born into a rich family. His first spouse was a Soapmaker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Soapmaker they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Roofer, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Roofer and was forced into it by his family; and to unite with his brother
