However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the gnolls.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dragonborn activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dragonborn doctor. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: The child of a Fisher, who enjoyed hunting, Shamash was taken on many hunting expeditions. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.
