His father taught him the rudiments of the Layabout arts, while his mother instructed him in etiquette, music and courtly manner. Nelkin liked to wander the woods near his home when he was young, something he still likes to do at least once a week. He never liked modest clothing or shoes, so he would wander the woods barefoot and lightly dressed, and he developed a good sense of balance and learned how to climb and swim well. He now owns his own business.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His childhood dream was to be a Junk Dealer, but he was a colossal failure. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Mayor.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He is however nostalgic and wants to reunite with his old comrades. He has some compunction and patriotism and will work for the government before all other clients.

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the south. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
