Personality: He is not truly malevolent, but he is obsessed with poetry. He constantly tries to fill his life with poetry. The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family He found a children's book about a Halfling Bard who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Description: This late middle aged man tends to wear a yellow poncho over his likewise colored trousers and shirt and is in decent physical shape. He wears a small hat to cover his moderate length white crest. He is baby faced.

Personality: Always inclined to offer people food he seems plenty friendly. He would rather hide behind his crafts than deal with other people.

History: He was always a brilliant, if unscrupulous mind. He moved from fad to fad and when he turned 15 he discovered singing. He has never given up on his singing dream.

Motivation: To share knowledge with the world; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He is an exceptionally muscular looking northern young adult. He wears grey painted combat armor at almost all times. Beneath his clothing is a huge mess of scar tissue. He has dyed his greying white hair a little too much giving a sharp white color. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He hates Humans with a passion. As such he is filled with self loathing. The war was a terrible time for him, and Arnold does not often speak of it. When he does, he does so with a strained expression and tears in his eyes.

History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He spent several years traveling with his friend, before both settled down to enjoy the fruits of their adventures.

Motivation: Human compassion; and a strong sense of loyalty to human people

Description: This northern man's face is deformed and paralyzed on one side. As such, he slurs his words together. He dresses like a well dressed Roofer does. His red hair is braided into rings. His amber eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.

Personality: He hates gnolls. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Born in the north his family was never financially stable. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Roofer hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to gnolls demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge.
