However, he heard that his mother had died fighting off the dire rats.

History: The child of a Map Maker, who enjoyed hunting, Damakos was taken on many hunting expeditions. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He became a Gardener soon after.

Motivation: To be a Map Maker again; and he's repulsed by the pc
