History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his mother always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. Through the years after Godfrey was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Godfrey's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. After a long history of fighting, Godfrey and his spouse have recently divorced.

A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He remains aloof and afraid to be himself due to all the ideals others have placed upon him.
