Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a faded coat and loose pants complete with Stetson hat. He wears a Stetson hat to hide his balding. His red eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: Aside from being a little slow due to sleep deprivation he is generally quite perceptive. He notices little details and can draw good conclusions from them. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Balam was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Herbalist, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Personality: He acts crazy and hedonistic. He is able to make almost anything out of random pieces of junk.

History: Born to a Marshal, his father struggled to pay the bills. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He got away from his former life and has fallen to alcoholism.

Motivation: He made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it; and a need for knowledge about a nearby landmark

Description: A man with a warm, jovial air about him, he is well dressed, but even with his fine clothing he looks run-down. He has done his best to style his white hair to look like a famous performer. His skin is flawless and his blue eyes scan people very quickly.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: Heir to a fortune, his parents put a great deal of effort into curing his disease. A freak accident while working with his Actor mother left him crippled. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Motivation: He doesn't get along with people that don't share his tastes; and he uses money and sex appeal to get what he needs

Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He uses divination through singing.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. He hasn't been sleeping well lately.

Motivation: An old rival family wants him found; and to reunite with his absent father
