History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He was betrayed by a partner and left for dead, teaching him a humbling lesson in trusting others.

History: Bertram was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed.
