History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rolf grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rolf. He has became unsatisfied with his lot in life, and decided to take up adventuring.

Personality: He is mildly Human supremacist, though he does not identify as such. He is a thrill seeker, he laughs at people and throws down challenges. He is highly competitive and combative.

History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
