Description: This man does not wear sleeves and tends to eschew shirts when he can avoid it, and sports empty pouches on his belt. His blonde hair is kept up in a ponytail inside a Stetson hat. His gray eyes show the wear and tear of someone lonely with a great burden to carry.
Personality: He is a jovial happy person, but he is convinced people are living their lives too quickly. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.
History: A powerful wizard made him what he is. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He's also a talented Carpenter, but doesn't like to broadcast it.
Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Scribe and was forced into it by his family; and a deep hatred of goblins

Description: He wears a custom-built plate barding that's adorned with green lining and desert motifs. He has a very tight haircut. His eyes are violet.
Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Chay isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He is motivated by money and will often try and persuade people to work for cheap. He haggles over everything, upselling his goods and buying cheap. He is persistent in everything.
History: A powerful slaver made him what he is. A gifted student he started as a Bookbinder, but he got bored and became a Miller. He has drifted from career to career and currently works as a Miller.
Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and he's looking for his big break

Description: His skin has the orange glow of too much sun. He usually wears his grey robe and has his ceremonial dagger always slung over his shoulder. He has no hair. His hazel eyes peer out from beneath his broad grey hat.
Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. Olunt was a troubled youth. He spent his days as a hard laborer instead of attending school, and spent his evenings with numerous mobsters and gang members. Olunt decided he wanted neither the life of his mother nor that of the evil petty criminals he associated with. During his early adolescence, he took a sudden opportunity while working the docks and commandeered a vessel that was left unmanned. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: Expand his business; and to be a miner again

Description: This man is wearing a long, brown, dusty cloak. He has a penchant for wearing a ring with an oversized topaz on his left hand. His golden hair is well kept and his bushy mustache is tapered upwards at the ends. He is very pretty but has cold, dead eyes.
Personality: He is erratic and paranoid. He believes dire rats are coming to abduct people. A friendly and beautiful Halfling, he is rarely seen without a few beauties around his arms. Though a playboy in all rights, he is no lame duck.
History: Kelter was born the youngest of three triplets. His mother was a mechanic, and taught him how to fix just about anything. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
Motivation: He'd like to take his coworkers down a peg; and to unite with his sister
