Description: This man stands a little under 3'5" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He is wearing dark clothing and a heavy breastplate, keeping many of his physical features obscured. His black hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His otherwise smooth face is marked with small tiny scars.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He works hard and plays hard.

History: He comes from a rich northern family. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. Due to his spouse's obsession with being a Painter they were divorced and he won custody of their daughter. He worked as a Cook, and he later adopted a second daughter.

Motivation: Regain custody of his daughter; and he wants random interesting trinkets and junk, hates to throw anything away

Description: This man is bedraggled and starved. He wears tight fitting pants and leather jackets. He usually doesn't wear a shirt. He is bald on top and has large golden tufts of hair around his ears. He has a tattooed face.

Personality: He has a massive crush on the younger sibling of the Fletcher who has hired him part-time. He is however greedy and will demand payment and proof of collateral's value and will produce a merchant's scale to make sure he is not cheated out of a speck.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. As a young child he wandered into the woods despite his father's warnings against it. Afterwards he claimed he had encountered brigands who tried to eat his hand. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Many brigands want him driven away; and he wants to get laid

Description: With tan face paint in a stripe pattern across his face, he is generally shirtless and showing off his tattooed chest. His gold crest is thinning but still full. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines red.

Personality: He shows great sympathy to all travelers. He's the type to buy drinks and listen to their stories. He pushes his goals aggressively. He is also a coward if confronted.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Kerkad grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Kerkad. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.

Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.
