History: He was born in the east. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he made a deal with a demon which lead to his current lot in life, and he's becoming increasingly nervous about it

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He has no love for corruption and racketeering and views those as crimes of the highest magnitude.

History: He grew up in a lower middle class home, but living comfortably wasn't enough. Through the years after Arannis was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the south. Arannis's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
