History: His necromantic talent manifested at a young age. Aiming to upstage a rival house, his parents had him trained. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. He has since married many spouses, only to have them die. He claims to not be responsible.

Personality: He misses his glory days as an athlete. He does not mind his job, but it is boring in comparison. He is often prim and proper but will on occasion tell either really disgusting or offensive jokes, which seem out of character.

History: Skirt was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
