History: He was born several months after his mother was called into army service. He has had some formal painting training, and achieved minor success. He has never given up on his painting dream.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his father. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Fortune-teller. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Fortune-teller for hire.

He walks with a slouch but will stand straight to his full 6'3" when asserting himself. His crest is cut close to his head. He wears a mask on his face.

Personality: He is happy with his job as a Banker. He turns his eye from what people do, preferring to live and let live. He claims to be unscrupulous but at the end of the day he will do what he thinks is right.

History: Born to a Layabout, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.
