Personality: Deceptive and manipulative this eastern guy figured out how to best use his charms to convince people to do what he wants. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Some 2 years later his spouse died after the birth of his son. Heartbroken, Cimer never married again. Instead he focused his life to raising his son whom he trained as his mother had trained him before.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.
