Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. Pikar enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: He is a Lycanthrope in disguise. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He became a plane-shifter, and is stopping over on this plane for a brief visit.
