Personality: He is enamored with his job. He loves it. He likes the challenge and he likes helping those less fortunate than him. He misses his home and complains about the freezing weather, even in summer.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Through the years after Hoglik was born, his mother became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Hoglik's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down; and he is unsatisfied with his job
