History: He served in the navy to pay for his family's outstanding loans. When he was little, his rather wealthy family often ventured across the plains to a summer home near a large cave. He would wander through that large cave and adventure through it for days. One day while adventuring a terrible storm took place and he was stranded inside. His family spent the next few days looking for him, and could only assume he was dead when it came time to leave. The family never returned to the plains due to the painful memories there. Kite took refuge in the large cave and found the beat up shield and armor he uses now. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

History: The child of western immigrants he idolized his mother. He was an apprentice working in his mother's forge. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Shoemaker for hire.

Personality: He hates drow. He views them as having robbed his home of its proper glory. Chad enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Chad was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his father was employed at, doing general labor. He became part of the deadliest team of assassins in recent memory. A botched job caused the group to be disbanded. He used his abilities to trick people and travel the world for free.

Motivation: He wants revenge against drow; and many drow want him driven away

History: He was born into a rich family. He was married off to the eldest child of a minor noble. His spouse died of illness and he inherited everything. He now mingles about in high society.
