Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. To his fellows he is seen as friendly and intelligent, but is angry and unforgiving to the so called fatcats and any who do and have associated with them.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the north. Through the years after Cairn was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the north. Cairn's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He is untrained/undisciplined, which makes him dangerous.

History: He comes from a rich southern family. His father had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.

Motivation: He is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

History: Born to a Sculptor, his mother struggled to pay the bills. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.

Motivation: He wants nothing more than to rejoin the army.
