History: Manfred was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Description: This tall, slender man likes to wear ponchos typically of a light blue in addition to tight pants. His hair is golden and very short. His face is feral with sharp distinguishing features. His spectacle hidden eyes are a deep brown.

Personality: He is shy and timid. He has not had much interaction with people and is skittish around them. He is stubborn though. He always likes to keep a trick up his sleeve. He likes to fight dirty and will kick and punch below the belt if he feels he even has a chance of losing.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Being born in the east, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the east for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way south. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
