Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He spends most of his days drinking in the Inn, the rowdiest and most dangerous establishment in town. There he gambles, wrestles and listens to stories told by travelers.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. Efferil was born on a far eastern island where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Crown-heir. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.

History: He was born blind and as such lacked many opportunities for work. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Dwarven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Dwarven doctor. He hopes to save up enough money to one day pay a cleric to cure him.
