Personality: Overbrimming with self-confidence, Stannor isn't afraid of most anything. He has a strong dislike to people who do not believe in Halfling unity. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: He was born to loving parents in a slum to the south. When money was particularly tight he was walking through alleys when he overheard a Bounty Hunter hiring some criminals to sabotage a competitor. He made his way to the other competitor and parlayed his knowledge into a job. He's since become an addict/alcoholic.

Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and he is currently in port desperately looking for someone to get him out
