Description: He wears white robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his ceremonial dagger. His hair is white, silky, and of moderate length. His eyes, though not visible through his cowl, are blue.
Personality: He does not believe in betrayal or weakness as things to be tolerated. He is very protective of his business, his home, and his spouse. He is willing to work with less than legal methods but maintains the front of legitimacy.
History: Born to a Shepherd, his mother struggled to pay the bills. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. As of late he has set up a hidden staging nest where he ambushes people he hires for escort.
Motivation: He has decided he is irredeemable; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a tight fitting black shirt and pants. With a patchy blonde beard and wild blonde hair. His eyes are likewise blue.
Personality: He will rave to anyone who will listen. He is afraid of women and trembles around them
History: He was born to a pair of big game hunters, but was frequently ill as a child. A freak accident while working with his Laborer father left him crippled. Recently a tribe of dire rats attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Pallabar fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.
Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Tiefling, and stands approximately 6'7". He is armored in gleaming platemail with gilded edges. A flowing blue cape and mantle trimmed with soft pastel waves gently in the breeze, and his gloved hand is found clutching a bastard sword. His blue hair is heavily combed to the right. His eyes are gold and he is always smoking a pipe.
Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. He has a cruel streak; something he gained from his previous mentor. He harbors resentment against his former mentor.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. He took every job he could get his hands on, but the opportunities for Tieflings in the east were limited. One night he noticed a nearby shooting star which he hiked out to see where it landed. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Flattery will make him almost putty in your hands.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. Dean was born on a far western desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his mother, an expert Blacksmith. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
