History: Efferil lived on a farm with his mother, near the main road leading to a nearby town. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Half-Elven activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Half-Elven doctor. He has made many enemies by not giving into corruption and outing many instances of it.

Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Half-Elven people; and doesn't want to be a sculptor and was forced into it by his family
