Personality: He dislikes all the random violence that takes place in the east. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Kelter was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. From there he went from mercenary job to mercenary job. He now travels the world, in search of power and loot.
