Personality: He is inclined to make off color jokes and interpret anything that could be construed as such as innuendo. He disdains his fellow easterners, claiming they make him look unintelligent just for using an accent.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. Days after completing his studies, news broke out that his hometown was attacked by dire rats. Shedinn was horrified and prayed that his mother was alright.
