History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He moved out east to avoid the crime he committed. He has been a successful dealer in antiques buying low and selling high.

History: When he was but 5 years old his parents immigrated from the west. Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Gnomish activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Gnomish doctor. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

History: Aelar hails from a village terrorized by goblins. Aelar was born on a far southern mountains where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Hunter. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Motivation: He wants revenge against goblins; and several ex partners dislike his way of doing things and want revenge
