History: Hugh was born in the east. At a young age he loved to build and create. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. It turned out to be an ancient artifact of some kind. He has done his darndest to repair it but it is currently non-functional.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his mother, he was betrayed dozens of times. He has never given up on his dancing dream.
