History: When he was but 4 years old his parents immigrated from the south. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

He constantly seizes attention wherever he goes and has come to expect this respect from everyone. He likes to think of himself as merciful, but nonetheless is very strict.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. A gifted student he started as a Dyer, but he got bored and became a Unemployed. He left for the east, certain he would find work there.

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. His first spouse was a Map Maker, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Layabout for hire.
