Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He is a big fan of imagination and believes people should spend more time reading and writing.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to brigands demanding more tribute than usual.
