Description: He typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep grey leather and dull blue iron scale mail. His attire stands in sharp contrast to his hammer, which is beautifully polished and possesses an ornate carving of a skull on it. His hair is brown and curly. He wears a mask on his face.
Personality: Prone to second guessing himself, he comes off as nervous. He is ready at a moment's notice to give into his darker urges. He is a real pyromaniac and does not care who the fire hurts. He often ends up burning people alive in the fires he starts.
History: He is the product a well kept family trust fund and as such has never really known need. Since his mother passed away years ago, his father had doted on him, and he came to think her himself as special and better than other people in town. A notion that was reinforced by his attractiveness, a trait in which he easily excels the other men of his town. He would ruin relationships and cause injury. He was reprimanded several times before being given his current form and forced to learn humility.
Motivation: He is a bit of a kleptomaniac.

Personality: He loves telling others what to do and how they should feel about things. He invites people to come help in his community garden.
History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His father disappeared, and while he tried to raise money to find his father, he was betrayed dozens of times. He moves from town to town, unable to find a place to settle.
Motivation: An old rival family wants him found.

Description: He wears loose pants and a collared shirt complete with sweater beneath his coat. He wears his auburn hair down. His hazel eyes dart from person to person to random spaces in the air.
Personality: In the realm of puns, he cannot help himself. He feels obliged to make them. More though he will beg to come along on any journeys. He will attempt to stowaway on any ship he can in the hopes that it will get him further away.
History: His father raised him in a mountain cabin. He found a children's book about a Human Warlock who fought for good and justice and never realised it was just a child's story. He modeled his life after the story, seeing himself destined a hero. He bought a crossbow and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: He feels that his past leaves him morally obligated to help; and he wants to meet his childhood hero

Personality: He is quiet and reserved most of the time, but warms up to people very quickly. Around friends he is liable to tell dirty jokes and enjoy himself. He is used to getting what he wants. In part because he is a meticulous planner.
History: Torinn was born to in a poor docking district. He spent his early days working in the same smith shop his mother was employed at, doing general labor. Like his mother and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Layabout. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.
Motivation: He wants revenge against illithids; and further expansion of business
