History: Sold as a small child to a wizard, Mantus was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

History: He was born a particularly ugly child, much to the horror of his parents. He helped his father out around the business and became quite the natural. He then took over the family business and is one of the better Sailor for hire.

Motivation: Doesn't want to be a Sailor and was forced into it by his family; and wants to raise his children well

Description: He is a physically imposing dark-skinned man. He wears a brown cloak and cross-gartered tan stockings. His golden hair and beard is wavy and long. His face possesses mild wrinkles. His smile is extraordinarily sincere though he does not smile often.

Personality: He can speak with the dead, and doesn't see much difference between the living and dead. Fabien enjoys physical pleasures, and is well known for his love of warm baths in the hot springs near the town.

History: Fabien was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Rogue, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Rogue in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He always admired divine-users and wanted to develop the talent, but never had the affinity for it. He has dedicated himself to building a better village for his children.
