History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. While studying, he fell in love. They married and had a son. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Motivation: He will attempt to ambush and attack anyone he thinks he can take on alone and try to knock them out with non-lethal damage. If successful, he will try to sell them to his slave-trader contact; and wishes to resurrect an old love

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He receives visions of the future at random moments

History: When he was but 7 years old his parents immigrated from the north. He sought a place where he would be rewarded solely on the merits of his skills. This search led him directly into Map Maker work with an outfit from a few towns over. Map Maker work suited him well, and with each successful project, he earned more gold and more respect from his peers. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He believes there is no problem he cannot solve with sufficient elbow grease and persistence, if it is the best or most economic solution matters not. On top of that he is swayed by a pretty face, and while loyalty to his employer will always come first he doesn't like to hit women.

History: Oppleby was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Gnomish companion (his 'brother'). He found several beat up suits of armor and, cannibalizing spare parts, he put together a working one.

Personality: He is fixated on the number 66. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. He is a font of random trivia from the lore and stories he has discovered

History: A studious child he never was much for a social life, not because he was unlikable, but because he did not seek it out. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. He routinely visits covens of witches but complains that many are fraudulent and lack true knowledge of magic.

Motivation: He is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally.
