History: Heward was born with his father's beautiful face. From his teen years he was always beautiful and desirable, so people have always doted on him. Since then, he has sought to make the best of life.

Personality: He is someone who is used to having a large amount of sex appeal. He also lacks a concept of privacy and shares just about everything. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: From birth he was tutored by a cruel and relentless mentor. He graduated from the Naval Academy and went to see the world at the rank of Ensign. He advanced relatively quickly due to his good work ethic, understanding of the chain of command, and natural leadership ability. He knows his nephew is from a royal line that had remained secret for centuries, but promised not to tell anyone. So far, no-one knows but him.

Wiggens's mother didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He was granted arcane powers by his dying brother.
