History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. He was an athlete and attended two major summer competitions. He never won. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Description: A plain young-adult man, he wears a large hat to cast shadows over his face and wears ponchos to better hide his body. He has dyed his greying auburn hair a little too much giving a sharp auburn color. His eyes are likewise green. His teeth are white and perfect.

Personality: He tends to agree with only himself unless someone else's opinion sounds like he can profit from it. He tries to control his temper but he can't always stop himself from what he feels what must be done. He never wears the same outfit twice, unless he absolutely has to.

History: Trained by his father for as long as he can remember he had it drilled in his head that it was his duty to serve his country. His father was very strict, and drilled into him lessons on being the perfect gentleman. After a long history of fighting, Lucan and his spouse have recently divorced.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He has a minor phobia of water and hates getting wet.

History: He was born in the west. His spouse left him for another, whom he beat to an almost bloody pulp. He did not win them back, but he came to a realization. To get what you want from life, you must take it. He has built up a small fortune and can afford his own way.
