Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. A true patriot, Randal would do anything for his country. He is fiercely protective of his fellow citizens and foreign allies.

History: He was born in a small forest village. Like his father and his sister before him, after school he went straight into learning to become a Marshal. He now owns his own business.
