Description: He is a mite stocky and wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. His hair is long and auburn with streaks of blonde, and is pulled back with small yellow clips. His beard is blonde, braided, and well cared for. His amber eyes dart around the room hyper actively observing anyone and anything.
Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. He has a small toy that he constantly fidgets with.
History: Born to a Architect, his father struggled to pay the bills. His parents divorced when he was young, and his father gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his father, who blamed him for driving them apart. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
Motivation: He feels the way he acts is they only way to get by in the world; and retire the richest man in the north

Description: This malnourished man wears a green shirt with thin grey vertical stripes and tan pants. His hair is white and very short. His violet eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.
Personality: He believes mankind has become decadent and spoiled by the march of civilization and an end should come to life as we know it. He does not trust anyone and sleeps with one eye open.
History: His history is one of pain. He was disowned by both parents and raised among the slaves his parents kept. In his 17th year, his parents were killed by a illithids raid, leaving Ohr alone in the world. After a stint in an orphanage, he was adopted. He bought a halberd and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.
Motivation: Many illithids want him driven away; and to get a good night's sleep

Description: He is in excellent shape and typically wears a sleeveless long coat of deep tan leather and dull grey iron scale mail. He has done his best to style his beige fur to look like a famous performer. He wears round tiny glasses practically rammed into his face.
Personality: He is intelligent and cunning, but he will too often allow his rage to get the better of him. He will lose his cool and rely on brute force to carry the day. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Guard business.
History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his mother. Being born in the west, he completed his medical training abroad so as to avoid the war. He returned after the war having achieved medical proficiency. He was a general practitioner in the west for years, until he, through no fault of his own, lost a patient who had a very powerful family. Rather than risk reprisal he made his way north. By chance he met his brother recently and the two have been together since.
Motivation: To reunite with his absent mother.

Description: He is an average looking western male in his early mid-life. He is generally well dressed albeit a few years behind the times. He has wavy red hair. His hazel eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.
Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. Further he is a bit of a stoner and is frequently out of it.
History: He was born to a criminal king-pin and mafia family Before the accident, he was one of the most outspoken anti-Halfling activists. He was mortally wounded, saved by a kind and fast-acting Halfling doctor. Being a Mason kept his interest for a while, but then he became depressed and bored. So he turned to a secret life of crime, taking increasingly more risks and challenges.
Motivation: A strong sense of loyalty to Halfling people; and he has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day
