Personality: He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication. He likes a good challenge to his wits. Only to laugh say gotcha and shoot double pistol fingers at the fooled target.

History: Born in the west his family was never financially stable. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Rimmon grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Rimmon. Recently he has begun working with bootleggers and crooks.
