Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears blue trousers with grey and brown striped suspenders. He wears various colorful collared shirts. His auburn hair is styled in orderly dreadlocks. His violet eyes are slightly larger than normal.
Personality: He is irritable and easily angered. He is a bit of a bully and is not afraid to use his stature and powers to intimidate and hurt. He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.
History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. He went to a religious school and was inspired by the priests there in charitable deeds. He bought a ceremonial dagger and has really upped his game hunting, due to his understanding of decoy and ambush.

Description: He wears brown robes with leather pauldrons. Though occasionally he wears more armor. He prefers to carry a longbow, but if one is not available he will default to his warhammer. He keeps his long red hair kept up in a rat tail. His green eyes dart from person to person.
Personality: He is business-like. He takes instructions and follows them to the letter. He takes great pride in his work and is very well organized. His planner is full of calendar events.
History: Baern was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Commoner, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Commoner in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He was an adventurer many years ago and he formed a blood bond with his Dwarven companion (his 'brother'). He has drifted apart from his friends and has been working freelance. Each gave each other a copy of their signature warhammer.

Personality: He is witty, but his monotone delivery comes off as unnerving He is obsessed with finding treasure.
History: He was born to a wealthy landowner in a frontier town, living a normal and happy childhood. He dropped out of school to support his sick mother, and resented it. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.
Motivation: He is terrified, and will act out of fear; and find a way to reverse the transformation of his sister
