History: When he was but 8 years old his parents immigrated from the north. Paggen was a troubled youth. History: Born to a poor family in the city he treasured whatever gifts he got. His parents divorced when he was young, and his mother gained full cudstody. He was regularly beaten by his mother, who blamed him for driving them apart. After a long history of fighting, Anthony and his spouse have recently divorced.
