Description: He appears as an extremely gaunt Elf, and stands approximately 4'7". He wears an old set of leather armor, nicked and torn by the ravages of time and battle, and his gloved hand is found clutching a greataxe. Sporting a brown mohawk and bushy mustache this man's hair draws a lot of attention. His eyes are green and catlike.

Personality: A grumpy guy he will invite people to lunch so he can critique them. Yet he still seems generally likeable, like a lovable grump. He plays an instrument quite well.

History: Born to a Tailor, his father struggled to pay the bills. Through the years after Heian was born, his father became increasingly distant from his family, instead choosing to pursue power in the west. Heian's father didn't care for him much, and the feeling was mutual. He has never given up on his dancing dream.

Motivation: He's repulsed by the PC; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Description: The man speaks with an almost imperceptible accent. He seems to always be the slightest bit damp as if he got out from a pool a few moments ago. He typically wears green cloth garments or leather armor. His long silver hair reaches down to his waist. He has a dull look in his violet eyes.

Personality: He trusts no one. He is not readily capable for forgiveness and his ire never leaves him. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.

History: His parents moved while he was still in utero so he is the first generation to be born here. His mother had invested heavily in several trade routes and wanted him to inherit them. He eventually got the idea of being the protector of his homeland from reading books, and has made it his duty.

Motivation: He is greedy; and to protect his home

Personality: While he acts the brute, he is far gentler than he would appear. He lacks restraint and is impulsive. He jumps in and acts without thinking all too often.

History: Born in a small village he learned the ways of the warrior from his father. Brilliant and gifted he never wanted to apply himself. Unlike his family, who was content to work in a sleepy main town, he wanted to work in the city. He has been working here for the past few years.

Motivation: Nothing but the best is good enough for him; and to find somewhere to settle down

Description: This man stands a little under 5'8" and is a bit bulky. He is very muscular particularly in the legs. He wears skinny pants and wears a blue and brown robe with the hood down. His long black hair is drawn into a two foot long braid. He is missing an eye and his face is severely sunburned. His one remaining eye shines amber.

Personality: He is unhospitable to his core. His small house has "No trespassing" Signs all over it. He also has developed a complete distrust of the Server profession.

History: A child with a great deal of writing talent his parents made sure he got the chance to thrive. He has chosen to use the inheritance that was left to him frivolously. He's also a talented Server, but doesn't like to broadcast it.

Motivation: Wants to open a new tavern; and he's repulsed by the pc
