Personality: He is fixated on the number 11. He counts his steps and bites of food to keep in track with it. He seems to be used to being ignored and not questioned about it. His philosophy is that everyone needs a friend and as such shows hospitality towards all.

History: He was born on a small isolated farm. While he appears to be a normal Dragonborn, he's... not quite right. Perhaps he's slightly insane, or otherwise so mentally alien to the rest of the world that he plain doesn't fit in. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.

Motivation: Retire the richest man in the south; and he is not mentally stable, and does not behave rationally

Description: A hulking man with gigantic muscles, he wears a suit in poor condition. It has not been laundered in sometime and has been worn in activities one would not normally wear a suit during. His fur is brown and curly. His green eyes have a joyful gleam in them most of the time.

Personality: He considers himself the protector of his home. He feels this is his duty and calling. He tends to be very friendly, and is drawn to music, the smells of food and wine, and out-door festivals.

History: Cloak was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Ranger, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Ranger in service of a powerful lord somewhere. He made a point of taking high paying jobs and getting most of it up front. He has dedicated himself to building a better kind of golem.

Description: A well shaped man just over fifty, he wears an entirely brown suit with green socks and a vest with buckled shoes. He keeps his long bronze crest kept up in a rat tail. His red eyes are desperate and heavily dilated. He has the appearance of someone under the heavy influence of drugs.

Personality: Kaladan wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... He is a bit of a macho man and will challenge people to random contests of strength and skill, and invite them to random hunting and fishing trip.

History: Born in the south his family was never financially stable. His mother took him hunting and taught him how to get in the mind of other creatures. Recently a tribe of illithids attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Kaladan fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He desires power and/or immortality; and to fight the greatest warriors and to fight in the greatest battles ever

Description: Dark and lean, he is a relatively plain man. He wears baggy green pantaloons and a blue scarf. He is bald on top and has large white tufts of hair around his ears. His amber eyes dart from person to person.

Personality: He loves justice and goodness and right action. Anyone who does not fulfill this criteria perfectly will no doubt get a lecture from him. He is the most sanctimonious self-righteous Half-Orc in existence. He is skeptical of what others tell him and is slow to trust.

History: He was a bastard born out of an affair, and his father always resented and mistreated him for it out of spite. A gifted student he started as a Miner, but he got bored and became a Soapmaker. He has achieved small success as a Soapmaker.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Soapmaker responsibilities is difficult; and to be a miner again
