History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His first spouse was a Junk Dealer, they had one daughter, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. He has been saving his money to try and buy his brother's freedom.

Personality: He is almost excessively polite to everyone, even when angry. He can see the true alignment of people by looking at them, and uses this to pass judgement.
