Description: This tall, slender man wears a shirt and pants that are bristling with pockets overflowing with maps, compasses, and other navigational equipment. He wears his hair in dreadlocks. His eyes are violet and he is always smoking a pipe.

Personality: Koeth wants to be seen as a stoic, levelheaded, noble Commoner, so he tries to act the part. He does a good job, for the most part... The occasional robbery is his preferred attention getting crime, but he mainly uses his means for meeting his own perverse desires.

History: He was born several months after his father was called into army service. His parents died when he was young, and he was unceremoniously dumped in the city orphanage. Koeth grew up in the orphanage, tormented by the older kids and famished from lack of food. To avoid death by starvation, most orphans take to a life of crime or prostitution (often both), and so did Koeth. He has recently gotten a pet goose that steals things from people.

Motivation: He has comitted a past crime that haunts him to this day; and he is being blackmailed/forced/etc and this influences his actions

Personality: He runs his personal life as if detached from it. He organizes appointments and outings based on perceived benefits he will get from it. He has all his life been fascinated with writing.

History: He was raised by priests from a young age. He couldn't stand his childhood mentor and eventually formed a pact with his mentor's previously failed apprentice to rebel. When their plan failed the mentor lashed out against both of them and fled. Recently a tribe of orcs attacked the village and all able bodies who could hold a blade were quickly armed and sent to the walls. Arannis fought at the side of some of the regions greatest heroes but was never overshadowed.

Motivation: He has a rivalry with the Church that dominates his actions; and his religion dominates his actions

Personality: He is a Baker first and foremost. He believes firmly that knowledge should be universal. He invented a lineage for himself and claims to be descended from several legendary heroes.

History: Sold as a small child to a necromancer, Olgoth was an assistant, and all too frequently test subject. He eventually earned his freedom when his former master disappeared. A gypsy cursed him at a young age, leading to his ugly appearance. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: A need for knowledge about a nearby landmark; and wants to open a new tavern

History: He was born in the west, but his parents moved at a very young age to the south. As a young adult he joined a group advocating for an improvement in Elven conditions. He left for the west, certain he would find work there.
