Personality: A rambunctious noisy drunk he knows how to make people feel guilty. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Armorer business.

History: He was born at the edge of vast mountains. In his formative years he discovered how persuasive he was. He began using that to his advantage selling useless wares at inflated prices. He has gone from town to town till he finds a spot where he can set up a sustainable business.

Motivation: Balancing his hectic life and new Armorer responsibilities is difficult; and expand his business

Description: This younger middle-aged man dresses in collared shirts and wears a proper scarf over his head, and a wedding ring on his left hand. His chestnut hair is cut short with large spiked bangs in the front. His blue eyes lackadaisically let the world flow into them.

Personality: He is highly sensitive about his name. He loathes it, but will not take any guff about it from anyone. He is cautious and jumpy. He reacts to every sound and lacks any concept of subtlety.

History: He was raised in a white middle class family as the only child. Robert was born on a far northern desert where he grew up under the tutelage of his father, an expert Ruler. He left for the north, certain he would find work there.

Motivation: To find somewhere to settle down.

Description: He is of a modest build and height, but he carries himself more imposing than he is. He wears a shirt that is too small, which lets his gut show, with a ratty green coat over it. He wears his golden hair up in a very large beehive style do. His eyes are likewise hazel. His teeth are yellowed and unaligned.

Personality: He takes his job very seriously, in part because he fears he cannot get a new one. He is always in debt, since he spends his money on lavish parties and gifts for friends

History: Raised by wardens he was only a novice when dire rats swooped upon their monastery and killed most of the order. A gifted student he started as a Mayor, but he got bored and became a Masseuse. He has taken up leadership of the village's small militia in response to dire rats demanding more tribute than usual.

Motivation: Many dire rats want him driven away; and someone believes him a fraud
