Personality: He resents people who mock his appearance or him, so he has learned to be the meanest son of a gun. He is able to fit into much smaller and tighter spaces than normal.

History: Gardain was born into a poor family. Growing up, he dreamt of becoming a Druid, to bring honor to his family’s name. When he came of age, he applied for a position with his town's local guard, looking to work his way up via merit and eventually become a Druid in service of a powerful lord somewhere. His divine abilities were realized during a raid on his village. When he grew older, he became a bit more civilized, usually hanging around bars and taverns. He began work as a mercenary for hire. He would embark on any mission as long as the price was right.

Personality: He is very quiet and rarely speaks above a whisper. He always tries to repair and not replace. It was this mentality that drove him into the Layabout business.

History: Valorean was born in the west. At a young age he loved to build and create. In his 20th year, while out on a day-trip, he returned to find his hometown burning and destroyed. He found his father impaled in their home, and his mother beheaded. He saw the man who walked out, and charged him in a blind rage. The man easily evaded and defeated him, leaving him to live broken and terrified. He was recently attacked on the road and savagely beaten by bandits.

Personality: He is filled with cunning. He likes to feign weakness letting people think he is weak. He believes the world needs to unite to get rid of dire rats once and for all.

History: He was born at the edge of vast forest. He was taken as a slave by a traveling circus and forced to perform He guards a vault combo very seriously as well as the key needed to open it.

Personality: He is quiet and anti-social and can barely make it a few minutes in conversation before his hampering stammer kicks in. He has a hair trigger and will fly into rage over the tiniest perceived slights.

History: He was born the only child of a wealthy merchant. In his youth he was part of a gang. He got caught, but did not rat out his comrades and served his time in prison. He now has a substantial network of resources ranging from contacts to ships to peers.
