History: Born to a pair of adventurers, Bertram grew up listening to his mother's many stories. When the war came and ruined his parents he was left adrift. He was a hard man then and has only learned to fight more as time goes on. He is searching for what he claims is his rightful reward.

He was granted martial powers by his dying sister.

Personality: He is soft-spoken, optimistic and speaks nonstop, as he rather likes the sound of his voice. His demeanor is somewhat feminine. He is a bit of a xeno-phobe, disliking non-Half-Elves.

History: He comes from a rich western family. His first spouse was a Laborer, they had one son, but his spouse won total custody. Without his spouse to temper him he grew out of control. When his spouse passed he lost his only source of income but claims to his sons to still be retired.

Motivation: Wishes to resurrect an old love; and doesn't want to be a ruler and was forced into it by his family
